No. 1 - Preparation, Preparation, Preparation
No. 2 - Brighteners are the key to a natural look
No. 3 – After washing/brightening: rinse like mad!
No. 4 - Stay away from the cheap stuff.

No. 6 – Brushing works best (stay away from rolling/spraying)
